After researching and visiting a half dozen carpet installers, I chose Rug Depot for their extensive selection, installation experience and expertise, and great customer service. There is reason that this family business has loyal customers. They know their products, are honest about the practicalities, and provide high quality service at a very fair price. Do not hesitate with doing business with Pat and having Chris install. Pat worked with me to find the perfect pattern and material. Chris was careful and efficient making sure it was installed well. Highly recommend!

I am really happy with Rug Depot, Pat Jeanie and Chris. They installed two stair runners and also a few area rugs. They also helped me cut down an almost new rug to repurpose in a bedroom and were able to match the binding, saving me a lot of money. They can source just about anything and at a very fair price. Rare that a shop can do both binding and surging carpet edging and they do a great job at both. Nice family business that provides great install and products. I will be back!

Great people. Pat and his crew are knowledgeable guys who have been in the industry locally for a long time. We are all out luck to have them. Not many binding shops around.
